MockupsLayouts I made to demonstrate the use of the tiles in-game. (Paint My World, released 2017) | TilesetsThe original tilesets I designed back in 2011, while the game was still in early development. These map tiles were based off of already existing level art. (Paint My World, released 2017) |

Grassland Theme (2011)Map screen tiles for the Grassland area. The game is a side-scroller platformer; I was tasked with creating overhead map tiles to reflect the gameplay & art style. (Paint My World, released 2017) | Forest Theme (2011)Map screen tiles for the Forest area. The Forest tiles mesh seamlessly with the Grassland tiles. (Paint My World, released 2017) |
Desert Theme (2011)Map screen tiles for the Desert area. The grid-lines in the sand were an aesthetic choice to match the in-level tile art. (Paint My World, released 2017) | Paint My World Logo (2016)I was contracted to design the logo as well. I decided on an oil paint look, and also incorporated the characters into the logo. Paint My World (2017)
was a game project I worked on in 2011. My job was to create original map-screen assets based on existing level assets, incorporating colors & themes present in the gameplay (such as the grid lines, blue forests, temple ruins, spikes, and bottomless pits).

In 2016 I was also contracted to design the logo (shown above).
